| When using BLEvo on a ride on my Android phone, if I want to do something such as Pause the app, when I tap that button I get a message saying that I have to "Unlock my screen". What is it telling me to do? My screen is NOT locked as far as Android is concerned or else I wouldn't even be able to press that button. This has confused me about using BLEvo from the start so I do not use it very often on a ride. |

| QUOTE (Stefan Mike Mikulski @ 24/12/2020, 05:29) We met with Kam1936 on the Electric Bike Review Forums. I do confirm: BLEvo works on all Specialized Turbo e-bikes equipped with TCU. It includes Vado, Como, Vado SL, Levo SL, and Creo SL in addition to Levo and Kenevo. We have got many reports from Turbo e-bike owners to confirm the full compatibility. I'm enchanted with BLEvo myself.
Here is how nicely BLEvo transfers the ride data from my Vado to Strava:
I can recommend BLEvo to any Specialized Turbo (TCU) e-bike! Stefan, how did you consume 166% of your battery? |

| For every Android app that I've used, the purchase is registered against your Google account, so you can easily install it on a new phone if you're logged into the same account, and multiple phones is OK. |

| It could be that your firmware is more Levo-compatible. Yours says 7.3.4, mine is 9.32.0. |

| QUOTE (BLEvo - Paolo @ 4/24/2020, 08:59 PM) Sorry, where you understood that the users have problem with Android 10? I did not test in deep on this new version.. There have been posts on another forum, reporting the Mission Control and BLEvo have some problems keeping the BT connection. I have seen this on my bike, but will wait until I have some more experience. At this time it is difficult to ride because of the weather and coronavirus rules. |

| Has BLEvo been tested with Android 10? There seem to be some users with various problems who are running Android 10. I am using Android 10 on a Pixel 3a with a few connection issues. |
