BLEvo for your Smart Levo

okay that is unfortunate. I don't want to cycle with my mobile phone on the handlebars ...

for now I use a small extra bike computer next to my Wahoo bike computer which only indicates distance and speed.
Wahoo automatically connects with strava at home and in strava you can easily adjust the distance (you do not need an extra meter for this, because it does this based on GPS data).
I only use the extra speed meter to see how fast I am driving and the distance traveled.

As far as I know this is not possible...

hi Paolo, I have my wheel size on 2000 mm, so my speed and distance are not correct.I have an 2020 Levo.

is it possible, via the Blevo app, to get the correct speed and distance in my Wahoo Elemnt bicycle computer?

thanks in advance for your response

Could it be used to show correct on a Wahoo device connected to bike

I mean, can the dealer put the bike on american settings. and does it mean if i put the bike on miles it puts 20 MPH?

Can't the dealer change the wheel size too?

I think 25 km / h is really too slow on the road. 30 km / h is fine. If I can achieve this without software adjustments from the outside, I also have less warranty problems if something breaks.

thank you in advance for your response and sorry for my english ...

I have the same bike.First of all you should make sure your bike was originally set by a Specialized dealer to American spec which is 20mph (32km/h) limit and not the EU spec of 25km/h. Secondly, I understand that from 2019 onwards the bikes are locked by Specialized so that BLevo can no longer reset the in-built speed limits and, even if you could do it, it is not recommended as it would invalidate the manufacturer's warranty of 4 years on motor and battery. You might need this - I have a 2019 Turbo Levo Expert and I am on my 4th motor already! (All replaced free under warranty).

I have heard of people maxing out the wheel circumference setting to get more speed, but then I assume that not only your speed but your distance readings would be wrong too. Also, it is already a 29er, so I imagine that pretending you have bigger tyres won't make too much difference - certainly not an extra 25% speed. Maybe someone else who as tried this can comment?

I have found that the best solution is to ride with BLevo in Heart Rate mode. This adjusts the boost automatically when in Eco or Trail (but not in Turbo) to try to keep your Heart Rate in your selected range, and critically, it does not not shut off the power "hard" at 32km/h but tapers it. So when I want max speed, I ride in Heart Rate mode but select Turbo (100% boost) so that it does not vary the power but it DOES still taper gradually down from 32km/h until it gets to zero boost at about 38Km/h (almost 24mph). I find this significantly better than a hard stop at 32km/h.

hello, i have been cycling for about 40 years and am starting to think about an E-mtb for that.

I often cycle a total of 65km on the mtb.

This loop consists of approximately 40km of road and 25km of forest.

For the 40km road, the Levo could be slightly faster than the 25 km / h.

I am orienting myself for a Levo and have a few questions:
    - can any Levo be set to American settings?
    - can every dealer do this?
    - Can the wheel circumference still be changed (even with new LEVs)?

    thanks for the comments!
