| Lately I'm having trouble selecting and displaying a route for navigation. I can't get into the folders (MyRides and others). To see a route I must import it from Drive. The option "Deselect all GPX" does not work. When Whatever I do, the mobile stops for a while and returns to the main menu. If I want to deselect some route, I have to delete the GPX file using the file manager or my computer.
The rest of Blevo functions work fine.
I think this happens since the Android 12 update. Blevo is also installed on my main mobile with Android 10 and it works correctly.
Any suggestion? |

| - I have always disabled any optimization or battery saving. But in Android 11 there're more parameters and I'm not sure about their function. For this reason I'll keep trying. But in the new phone, Blevo can work more than 8 hours with the screen on at 50% brightness.
- The alarm message that I attached appears continuously after a screen off and on, even pressing the button to change the screen to on. Maybe it's something of the phone's screen lock. I'll keep investigating.
- Yes, I did a backup and a restore on the new phone. |

My phone is the King Kong Mini2.
I have some bad news: my new Realme phone also freezes when I set screen off. Actually the phone and Blevo still work but after a while the connection with the bike and the RC is lost. Maybe I should activate the background mode?
A new thing that has appeared now is that after having set the screen to turn off and on again from the RC, an alarm appears when you press any button on the screen, for example to pause the route. I attach a screenshot. Then you need to use the system buttons to restore to the previous state.
I will keep testing.

After some time doing tests, I can answer your message.
1. Crash Detection works fine. Maybe I didn't have enough patience while doing tests. But now everything is in order.
2. I tried some settings on the KING KONG but it keeps crashing. With the screen on it seems to be working fine, but with the screen off it stops and you have to reset it. Some days it happens two or three times. It's really annoyant.
As I guess that this problem is inherent to the phone, I decided to buy a new phone. I bought a Realme 8i running Android 11. I didn't buy it in China like the King Kong, but from a local store. At least if it fails I can easily claim.
I already have Blevo installed with the King Kong backup. At the moment everything works fine. I'll try it out tomorrow. I'll let you know.

| Hello Paolo,
I've been using BLEVO for quite some time. I also use RC and Levociraptor Gen2.
I'm very happy with the app (the Rider PRO setup is fantastic!), but I have a couple of issues.
1. I use KINGKONG MINI2. From my experience it is not a recommended mobile. If I use BLEVO with a screen off to save battery, the phone turns off on its own. I restart it and I can continue the route but the first section on the track no longer is displayed. But the most cumbersome thing is that it loses the connection with the RC and to recover it you must restart everything. Any advice about it?
2. I do a lot of ridings alone. I put a SIM card in the KINGKONG to use Levociraptor's Crash Detection feature. But I can't set it up.
I do the following:
- I enable Crash Detection and put the number of my main phone in BLEVO Configuration (just to test). My main phone is in the pocked.
- I press the Test Crash Event. It runs fine.
- I set 10 seconds delay
- I press the calibrate button in Levociraptor Configuration
- I put the bike in the normal ride position as indicated.
- I press the button to calibrate. Calibration is done.
- I go out, start a ride and have a fake fall simulating a crash.
- I wait... I wait... I wait. Nothing occurs.
What do I do wrong?
My TL 2019 and Levociraptor are both up to date. |

Pulisci la polvere dal connettore con un pennello e spruzzalo di tanto in tanto con uno spray elettrico. |

| Ho provato tutte le dimensioni dei caratteri dalla più piccola alla più grande e non c'è alcun cambiamento.
Se disinstallo e reinstallo BLEvo, devo fare un backup prima o non è necessario? |

La notizia sull'impossibilità di continuare a utilizzare BLEvo sul Levo 22 non è una buona notizia. Spero che in futuro possa essere risolto.
Al momento ho due domande su BLEvo:
1. Improvvisamente, le schermate dei dati e della mappa vengono fatte scorrere verso il basso, in modo che i dati del fondo appaiano ritagliati e appaiano invece nella parte superiore della schermata della mappa. Devo disinstallare e reinstallare BLEvo?
2. Ho comprato Levociraptor. La verità è che funziona molto bene, anche se utilizza più batteria. Prima di installarlo, quando interrompevo un percorso, BLEvo mi chiedeva se volevo salvare le modifiche fatte con la potenza delle gambe, e tu potevi rispondere "Sì" o "No". Ma da quando ho installato Levociraptor, offre solo la possibilità di rispondere "No".

| Ciao Mario. Scrivo il mio post in italiano tradotto. Spero che tu mi capisca bene.
Ho 73 anni, ho una Turbo Levo 2019 e uso BLEvo da circa un anno. Come ha detto Fabio, mi ci è voluto un po' anche per imparare le funzionalità di BLEvo e per sapere come configurare tutti i parametri.
Non sono sicuro di aver imparato tutto o che tutto quello che faccio sia il più appropriato, ma per il momento sono felice. Mi alleno e posso anche percorrere lunghe distanze senza sprecare la batteria.
Sono disposto a spiegarti tutta la mia esperienza. Per ora posso dirti che non sono in grado di andare in bicicletta senza BLEvo. Ho acquistato il telecomando e ora sto aspettando di ricevere il Levociraptor. |
