BLevo App freezing - dropping data fields

    I have a 2022 Specialized Turbo Levo Comp Alloy. After seeing the app BLevo I was happy I didn't upgrade to a higher end model that has the Master Mind TCU as I think the BLEvo app has as much if not more to offer. I have only downloaded the app recently but lately I have been experiencing some issues and would appreciate some insight.

    As per Rob's video, I didn't want to use my main phone so I purchased a Blackview BV 4900 Pro off of Amazon (it has a large battery which was the main consideration). The first day or two the app worked fine on the Blackview, but the last few days the app has been freezing frequently while I am riding causing me to have to stop and do a restart which makes the app unusable. When the app isn't freezing, two of the data fields that I have set up for feeds off the bike (Box 5 which I have showing Level and Box 9 which I have showing Battery temp) intermittently go white with dashes (not at the same time necessarily). What's interesting is Box 10 which shows the Motor Temp continues to function as does the speed and cadence gauge as well as the biker and motor wattage boxes indicating the bluetooth feed from the bike is working.

    The intermittent failure of the Level and Battery feeds are annoying enough, but the freezing of the app to the point of having to shut everything down and start over again makes an otherwise outstanding app useless. One other thing I forgot to mention. Even when the app is running properly I have never gotten a Thumbs Up icon??? The best it does is show a green dot for the GPS/Bike /Motor yet it functions properly for a while, until the app later freezes or stops populating some of the boxes - but only some??

    I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, to see if that fixes the problems, but it hasn't nor did it ever get me the Thumbs Up icon ever. I love the app but even if it wasn't freezing the dropping of the bike data fields to a white box with dashes (but not all of the bike data boxes) is frustrating enough but the freezing of the app makes it unusable. Please HELP!!

    UPDATE - Went out again this morning with the BLEvo app running. Ran for 9 minutes before freezing - everything was frozen on the BLevo app display - not just the bike data, but even the GPS boxes such as GPS speed etc , Msg came up, BLEvo not responding Close app / wait / etc. I stopped my ride after only nine minutes. Restarted everything got the BLEvo app up and running again and started to ride. After only 6 minutes BELevo froze again. I love this app and there must be something that can be done to keep this app running. I have given all the permissions necessary. Pls help!
