Cannot connect to O-Synce remote

Hi Paolo,
I cannot connect the O-Synce remote (OSY-12 for BLEvo) to the BLEvo app.
It tries but does not connect. I see the remote and an address

MULTIremote
DD:B4:15:38:BC:31

I follow the O-Synce directions and get the green & red blinking LEDs.
I select "Scan for o-synce", I see the name of the device and address displayed above.
The circle goes around for awhile, but it doesn't pair (signified by blinking green LED).
The previous menu is displayed. Forget remote control is still grayed out
The remote control configuration selection is grayed out.

I tried pairing with Bluetooth itself and I immediately get the blinking green LED.
So it looks like the unit itself can pair, just not with BLEvo.

I cannot find any additional steps on how to pair with BLEvo, just a list of things
you can configure the remote to do with BLEvo.

Hi Paolo,
got same problem while pairing o-synce running BLEVO under king kong 2.
BLEVO does search & then finds the MULTIremote (LED blinking red/green), then by tapping over MULTIremote BLEVO does start pairing (showing CONNECTED DD:59:1E:9B:6D:19) with LED blinks green.
After some sec BLEVO gets out with msg "UNCONNECTED" (LED.
Funny is that same o-synce gets paired right ahead with my BLEVO under iOS then can go ahead by configuring multiremote keys.
