Why is Blevo saying 96% health, Mission Control says 100% health?

How is your battery health determined?
I bought a 2 year old Vado and have no idea about the battery health. Both apps are telling me health is 100% and I'd like to understand how that's determined in your app.
I have experience in Li battery charging so I'd like to understand the details.

BLEvo readnthe health value directly from the battery..
Mission Control shows always 100%. BLEvo should show the correct value..
